*53 employees*. The head quarters are in Reykjavik and there is one office south of Reykjavik in Selfoss and one in the capital of the north; Akureyri.
Searches available:
Searches can be performed either by the name of the property and/or the properties' ID number. Special users can search by a person's ID number, e.g. tax authorites, polices, lawyers for special purposes.

Certificates from the land register and certificates from the Cadaster with additional information on buildings.
All kind of lists are available by special request and also on the real estate market.
It is not possible to get a subscription to the sales contract register.
Subscribed users:
The Agency sells information both to end users and resellers. The number of the end users that the Agency sells to is *300*.
